This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SelfAI – AI Headshot Generator mobile app, the web app at app.selfaiphoto.com and the marketing website at https://www.selfaiheadshot.com (together, the “Service”), and how we handle the data we receive from you. We aim to keep this policy short, plain-spoken and accurate.
1. Who we are and how to reach us

2. Data we collect
2.1 Photos and generated images
When you upload selfies to generate AI headshots, those photos are sent to our processing infrastructure to render the requested portraits. Source uploads and generated images are stored against your account so you can re-download them, and can be deleted from inside the app at any time.
2.2 Account information
Email address, account identifier, sign-in provider (Apple, Google or email) and basic profile metadata when you create an account.
2.3 Purchase information
Subscription, credit pack and receipt data passed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment card details are never collected or stored by SelfAI; the App Store and Google Play handle the transaction.
2.4 Usage and device data
Device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, anonymised event data (which screens you opened, which actions you tapped) and approximate, IP-derived geolocation. We do not collect precise GPS location.
3. How we use your data
- To generate, store and deliver your AI headshot packs.
- To run the Service, including authentication, billing, support and security.
- To improve the app — fixing bugs, tuning models, measuring conversion.
- To communicate updates, transactional notices and support replies.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your photos. We do not train new third-party AI models on user uploads without explicit, separate opt-in.
4. Third-party processors we rely on
SelfAI uses a small set of well-known service providers to run reliably. Each one only receives the data it needs to do its job. The list below is exhaustive at the time of publishing this policy.
- RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions and entitlement state across the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, real-time database, cloud storage, push notifications, crash reporting and remote configuration for the mobile apps.
- Google AdMob — serves limited, optional advertising in the app for users on the free tier; subject to Google’s ad policies.
- OpenAI — natural-language helpers and prompt-rewriting features used by some style presets.
- Microsoft Azure — cloud compute, storage and AI services that host parts of the headshot pipeline.
- Replicate — hosted inference of the image models that render your AI headshots.
- Fal.ai — additional hosted inference for selected style presets and fallback rendering capacity.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregated, anonymised usage measurement on the marketing website.
- Meta Pixel — anonymised conversion measurement on the marketing website for Meta-platform campaigns.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance and conversion analytics for the marketing website.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
The marketing website uses a small set of first-party and third-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) and conversion measurement (Meta Pixel). The mobile apps use device identifiers as required by Apple and Google rather than cookies. You can opt out of tracking by limiting ad tracking on your device, by clearing cookies, or by contacting us.
6. International transfers
Our servers and processors operate in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union and Asia. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in these jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention
Source uploads and generated images are retained for as long as your account exists, or until you delete them inside the app. Account, billing and security logs are retained for as long as required by applicable law. You can request deletion of your full account at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai.
9. Children
SelfAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us so we can remove the data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the app, by email or on this page. The date at the top of this document always reflects the latest revision.
